Spin Master partnered with Starfish Signs & Graphics to turn its new corporate campus into a workplace that feels as creative and expressive as its brand. Through a mix of signage, graphics, decorative films, and wayfinding elements, we helped create an environment that inspires employees and welcomes visitors alike.
The Task
As Spin Master expanded into a new workplace environment, the company needed signage that would:
- Strengthen exterior brand visibility
- Improve navigation throughout the facility
- Maintain ADA compliance
- Create privacy where needed without sacrificing natural light
- Reflect the creativity and innovation of the Spin Master brand
- Tie together multiple buildings, departments, and workspaces under a unified visual identity
The solution required balancing functional signage requirements with creative customer-provided environmental graphics designed to enhance the employee experience.

Starfish Signs developed and installed a coordinated signage package that blended branding, wayfinding, and workplace design.
Exterior Branding
The exterior scope included:
- Dimensional building signage
- Monument sign updates
- Parking monument branding
- Site identification enhancements
These elements increased visibility from surrounding roadways while creating a consistent first impression for visitors arriving on campus.
Interior Signage & Wayfinding
To improve navigation throughout the facility, we installed:
- ADA-compliant room identification signs
- Departmental wayfinding signage
- Directional and informational graphics
The result was a more intuitive experience for employees, guests, and visitors.
Environmental Graphics & Workplace Branding
One of the most distinctive aspects of the project was the use of environmental graphics throughout the workspace. Installations included:
- Custom vinyl overlays
- Department-branded glass graphics
- Frosted privacy film
- Specialty dichroic window film
- Large-format window graphics
These elements transformed ordinary glass surfaces into opportunities for storytelling, branding, and workplace engagement.
A standout feature was the specialty dichroic window film, which creates a vibrant, color-shifting effect that changes with light and viewing angles. Selected to create a bold, dynamic design element while preserving the environment’s openness, the film adds energy and visual interest throughout the workspace.
